It's All About the Baby

Life has changed. Significantly. It's not easy to just pick up and go whenever we feel like it anymore. Even just the thought of packing up the diaper bag and putting Mason into the carseat seems like such hard work just to go somewhere! Matt and I have quickly learned that it's not about us anymore. Baby comes first. We have somewhat adjusted to his schedule of eating, sleeping, and changing diapers. We get up 2-3 times a night for Mason's needs and then try to fall back asleep as quickly as possible (when he lets us). Mason is a pretty relaxed baby who really only cries when he's hungry, needs to be changed, or just wants to be held. We really can't complain too much.

When Mindy, JJ, and Ben were visiting for Thanksgiving, we took advantage of JJ's photography services to get some newborn shots of Mason. Here are a few of my favorites.
